Mosodi supported the planning application for a high-quality residential development at Carnatic Road, Liverpool, providing transport planning services including a Transport Statement and Travel Plan. Designed by Falconer Chester Hall, the scheme comprises 18 luxury apartments—including four duplexes and two penthouses—set across three storeys plus basement. The development offers a contemporary villa aesthetic inspired by local art and architectural context, with integrated car parking, cycle storage, and landscaped grounds that preserve the site’s green character.
Background
Located in the Mossley Hill Conservation Area, the design sought to introduce a contemporary architectural style while maintaining sensitivity to the area’s character. Mosodi’s role involved conducting a scoping exercise and producing a Transport Statement to ensure the development aligned with local transportation policies and sustainability goals, particularly in terms of accessibility and traffic impact.
