Logistics North, Bolton Harworth Group
Situated on a former open-cast mine, Logistics North represents the largest live commercial development in the North West of England, offering an impressive 4 million square feet of bespoke and speculative commercial space. The site also features a 550-acre Country Park that seamlessly wraps around the commercial area, providing a blend of modern business infrastructure and expansive green space.
Background
A significant part of this project involved contributing to Public Rights of Way Orders for approximately 17km of pathways across the country park and liaising with the public sector to gain funding to enhance routes to leisure and employment zones including Engine Lane.
Outcomes
Mosodi has played a vital role in this development, offering expert highways support to create a seamless integration of cutting-edge commercial spaces and natural landscapes. Transport for Greater Manchester (TfGM) has acknowledged our Travel Plan as an example of best practice.
