Background
Developed to meet the increasing demand for modern, well-located student housing in Liverpool, Renshaw Hall was delivered on a prominent site near the city’s Knowledge Quarter and the Rodney Street Conservation Area. The scheme replaced a disused building and was designed to integrate with its historic surroundings while offering contemporary amenities. As part of the planning process, Mosodi prepared the Transport Statement and Travel Plan, helping to ensure the development was sustainably integrated within the city’s transport network and met planning requirements for accessibility and mobility.

Renshaw Hall has successfully delivered 404 student beds, supporting Liverpool’s student population and contributing to the city’s urban renewal. Its high-spec amenities and thoughtful design have earned industry recognition, with the scheme being shortlisted for two major awards: the 2023 Brick Awards and the Insider North West Liverpool City Region Property Awards for Development of the Year.
